Browsing the site
Every page can be read without giving us any details. There are no analytics tools, advertising networks or tracking cookies here. Our host records the time and source address of each request, and those logs are used only to keep the site secure.
What our forms collect
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an area of interest, your message and, if you want texts, your mobile number. The planning updates form asks for your name, email address, the topic you care about most and, if you want texts, your mobile number. To keep a record of consent we also note the date and time, the page used, your IP address and your browser.
Leave account numbers, Social Security numbers and passwords out of every form. We never ask for them there.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to send the updates you asked for and to keep evidence of the consent you gave. We do not use them for any other purpose.
Mobile numbers and text consent
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it
We keep your details while you remain signed up or in contact with us, and delete them within thirty days of a request to remove them. Records of consent and of opting out are kept for as long as we may need to show them.
Your choices
By email or phone, you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. We answer within thirty days and honour any further rights your state’s law gives you.
Security
Forms are sent over an encrypted connection and stored with limited access. Because no system is perfectly secure, we collect as little as we can.
Children
The site is meant for adults. If we learn that details came from someone under 18, we delete them.
Updates to this policy
A revised policy carries a new date at the top. When a revision touches details you have already shared, you will hear from us first.
